Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by LOSHOTWHEELS are 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors and trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.
What brands do you stock?
We specialise in Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Pixar Cars, and a wide range of other die-cast collectible brands. We regularly receive new stock, including mainlines, premium series, and limited releases.
Do you sell rare or limited-edition models?
Yes. We regularly stock rare, hard-to-find, and limited-edition models. Stock changes frequently, so please check back often or follow us on Instagram for new arrivals.
Do you offer pre-orders?
We do not currently offer pre-orders. All items listed in our store are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
Do you sell sealed and mint-condition items?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, items are sold brand new and sealed. Please note that minor packaging wear, soft corners, light blister imperfections, or factory variations are not considered defects.
Can I request a specific model or special order?

Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Limassol, Cyprus.
Which shipping service do you use?
We mainly ship via Cyprus Post. In some cases, alternative courier services may be used when appropriate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to most destinations, and all shipments include tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Cyprus: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 5 to 15 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. If you order multiple items, shipping is combined automatically where applicable.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I collect my order locally?

Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@loshotwheels.com with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Gift Messages
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes. If you would like to include a personal gift message with your order, simply add your message in the notes section at checkout, and we will include it with your package.
