Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened items are not eligible for return if the seal is broken, parts are missing, or the item or packaging has been damaged or altered after delivery.
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Pre-order deposits or reservation fees
Collector Condition Note
Minor shelf wear, soft corners, light blister or card imperfections, small packaging creases, or factory paint and tampo variations are not considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@loshotwheels.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Return Process
- Email us at info@loshotwheels.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service at your own cost
- Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a returned item is received in a different condition than it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your card provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@loshotwheels.com
