Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to most destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard International: 5 to 15 business days
Local Cyprus delivery: 2 to 5 business days
Local pickup: Available in Limassol, Cyprus by appointment β free of charge
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Cyprus Post for both local and international deliveries. The service used may vary depending on destination and package size.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that the delivery location is secure.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is not collected or is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with Cyprus Post. While we will do our best to help resolve the issue, delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors are outside our control.
